Please help me. I just installed iscore baseball on my ipad 2 and it is treating me like a first time customer. I bought a subscription the last two seasons including the current one and now it is asking me to purchase it again for my ipad 2 also it is not allowing me to import my datamy customer id number is 907F1F5D07DD can you please help me. Do I need to buy the rosters again?

Hi Kurt -
No need to purchase the rosters again. Each device gets its own customer ID however. Make sure you do an Options -> Export from your new device to establish the account on our server, then send us an email to
support@iscoresports.com and include your old + new customer ID, and we can transfer the rosters over.

no longer have the old device just the new one with the new customer id listed above. Will I have to start over?

If you do not remember your old device Id...Send support an email with as much identify information as you can on when you purchased and who you are...
They Can potentially search purchase records to find old device Id..
