I tried to send my games to my new tablet. I exported the data but found out what wi-fi I was on with my phone blocked that export to my tablet. How can I go about getting it back? I have my user ID but different passwords and can not get the game data?

give that a review.

here is a quick primer...

1) best to have good internet connectivity when you do this..
2) You export from the phone (option > export)
3) then you data share from the tablet (option > data share > get from web data base > enter customer ID of phone)
4) map over the games and teams as desired, follow on screen prompts.

note: a) league assignments do not transfer, b) neither does ownership of team websites purchased on the phone, (if you have purchased team web sites on phone and want that ownership transferred to the tablet - post back, that will take support intervention. )

i was able to get tonight's game, but i can not get the previous 20 games.

Do the other 20 games not show on the selection list when you use data sharing and enter your phone customer ID and password?

also if you can you log into each devices admin site and tell us what is showing on the server side.. that will help...

if you have the game already mapped on a device, you will not see it on the list when you data share..

On my phone where the 20 game were, it gives me the URL of http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and
my user uu6yz7we57. when i exported the game i did not realize the i was on a wi-fi at my company. they are strick on what is allowed and not allowed. Could it be blocked from them?

my talblet does not accept any of the two password that i set up with my phone ( it does not on my phone as well). as i said earlier, i can get last night's game on my table with a passwood that is currently on the phone.

We see a successful export on our server on 7/5 at about 5pm pacific. If you want to email us directly at support@iscoresports.com with the details of what you are trying to do (including customer IDs of any devices you have... sounds like you have 2?), we can probably help better.

Crosswind

Each device has a unique device ID. And only one administrative password. (not two)

Try resetting the password on each device and then log into each admin web site from an internet connected computer to verify all workimg, before you try data share.

Steps..
Make sure you have a good Internet connection

on device 1 (phone) in the iscore app Select
option > admin Web site > change password

On your computer, Go to my.iscorecentral.com and log into into the admin site, using the device Id of the iPhone and the password you just set. (upon successful log in you will have verified your phone device Id and password work)
also note, On the game tab you will see all the games you exported

Next on devie 2, the tablet, repeat,
Go to option> admin web site > change password
If you have never exported, do an option > export

On your computer go back to my.iscorecentral.com and log in this time with your tablet Id and password. ( upon log in you have now verified you have the right Id and password for the tablet and have data on the admin server)

If you have trouble logging in verify you typed in the device Id correctly, did not mistake zero for O or 1 for L, or 2 for z etc..

Once you have proven the device Ids and passwords are all valid.
You can now re try data share

On tablet, option >data share> get from web data base, enter phone device Id and password. You should see any games not already on the table. Follow on screen prompts

I got the last two game. but their is nothing there for the first 20 games. Thanks for you help. i have emailed myself the game results after each game so i have them on my computer. i just want to try and get that data back on my phone so can give the Head Coach the season totals.

@crosswind.. I suggest you email customer support with both your dvice IDs. And explain what is going on.. Your response is too vague to help trouble shoot. Did you log onto both admin sites, ..what is shown on each..?
