email and scorecast
When I try to email game stats to myself, it says successful but then never comes through. I am positive I am typing in the correct email address (it is my own). Also, when I go into the score cast website, I just get a blank screen. It said the data was successfully exported within the app. Please help!! Our team would really like to view the game data.

I just sent an email from my iscore app to an @gmail email without any problems.
the iScore mail servers are functioning normally.
the most likely issue if you got successful message, is probably your @domain email spam settings.
Check the spam filers on the email account you are sending to. look for DoNotReply@iscoresports.com (also try sending to another @domain account if you have one to demonstrate it is the @domain blocking it not the iscore servers)
iscorecast
under the options menu ( from the front page of iscore), make sure you you have iscorecast turned ON. (when iscorecast is on AND device is connected to internet it will update iscorecast servers while scoring). however, it is common to be scoring at a field without internet connection, (or may not have turned Option> iscorecast> on ), in that case, just do a manual iscorecast synch. do that in game manager > select game.. at game info screen, scroll down to "iscorecast synchronize",. you can do that at anytime and manually update the iscorecast server. try that and it should solve your current problem.
P.S. for deeper understanding of those reading this.. , iscorecast and option export update slightly different servers at iscore. Option Export updates the iscore admin server, and team site, (and creates an off device back up of your database in case device lost or broken). Option Export after every game is highly recommended. that said, iscorecast is on a different server (due i think to the frequency of real time update needs.). so that is why Option export like you did is a great thing to do, just did not update iscorecast as you expected.
