Transfering Data from One Person's Device to Another

Our school has two baseball teams; Gold and Black. I have been scoring the spring season for Gold on my iPad and another parent has scored all of the Black games on his device. We are merging both teams for the summer season and would like to have ongoing stats for both spring/summer. The other parent scoring, as well as the coach and I have tried to merge the data with no success. When I go to 'Data Sharing' , 'Get from Web Database', and then enter the other parent's ID and password, it shows all of the games that the Black team has played. I've tried to get the data two different ways, first by choosing the team name, and when that didn't work, by individually choosing each game that they've played. It maps the info and verifies it, and then imports it successfully. The problem is that none of us can find the games on our iPads, and when you cllick on team stats, or even player stats, if comes up all zeros with no info. Any advice?

Go to League Manager on your device, and make sure there is a checkmark next to the "All" league. This will make sure your device is showing all games.

Also, make sure you have updated to the latest version of iScore on all devices. Having the newest versions on all devices is always a good idea for data sharing.

in addition to checking leagues, sounds like you may have inadvertently duplicated the team name on your device and either need to merge or delete the one with zeros.

also when you datashare, share the games, they are the core . and it will pull over the teams and players..

also once shared, you have to manually set leagues , leagues settings do not transfer/
