what is quickest way to set roster at gametime?

I have a softball team roster of about 17 players (perhaps 10-12 will rotate in at bat and in the field each game). The batting order will change early in the season as we optimize our roster and as I'm not the coach, I won't know the roster until I get to the game, perhaps 5 minutes before it starts. What is the quickest way, before the game to make sure my roster for that game is set in the correct order?

Having a complete roster in team manager is key. Without pregame input from your coach you will need to set the lineup game day. I have found the easiest way is to establish a game using the team from team manager that has the full roster. Then move the players by touching, holding and moving the three bars at the right of their name to create the lineup provided by the coach. Make sure that you take note of players batting =yes and batting =no. Once the lineup is set the use misc, copy lineup to roster. This will have the roster in team manager reset to the lineup you established fr that game. As the season progresses the lineup will be minor tweaks.
