phone reset-all data lost

My phone crashed and had to have it reset to factory defaults. How can I retrieve all of my previous data? I have emailed game info to myself each time, but I'm not sure that I exported data.

Exporting data is the key to backing up data on FTM servers.
To retrieve You can import back your last exported data..

Also if you synched with iTunes it has a recover from backup process,,,

If you did the Exports, or if you used iScorecast for your games, then your data is on our servers and can be recovered. You can check this by logging in to your Admin Website (see Options -> Admin Website in iScore). If games are in the Games tab for your website, then you exported, and can use Options -> Import to recover. If games are listed in the Scorecasts tab, then there is a way to recover with Data Sharing.

Emailing does not create copies of the actual game data. If you have done an Export from within iScore, or if you have used iScorecast for your games, we will have copies of the games on our server that you can recover. If you have done backups in iTunes, you should also be able to restore from there.
