Rosters

Post by zbop » Tue May 03, 2011 9:04 am

Still cannot get Iscore to copy lineup to roster. Deleted game and went to old game and went to play by play. went to game start and roster. copied starting lineup to roster and saved. Then added game, went to lineup and roster wasnt there. Then i had to add a player to exit screen, and then delete the game again. Any suggestions?

If you go to Team Manager, select the team, and select Roster, the players you see there will be the players that become the default lineup for any new game you create. The "Copy Lineup -> Roster" copies changes you make to the lineup back to the team roster so that future games you create can default with the updates. It will not update games you have already created, but any new games you create with a team wil use the team's roster as the default Lineup for the game.

That is what I tried twice. Did exactly as you posted and when I went back to roster names weren't there.

Go to League Manager, and make sure you have a check mark next to the "All" league. These steps are the right steps. If they are not working for you, you can do an Options->Export from your device and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and we can look at your data. Please include enough detail in the email that we can see the issue you are describing.
