How Can I start again without paying again for team webpage

Alright, I guess I am tech challenged! These are all the things I did in order: 1)found app on itunes downloaded it 2) I then followed instructions and it came up with a different window that said to get a website for your team that it would cost 19.99 so I purchased that through my I-pad. 3) Every time I try to go on to the add on space it tells me I need a activation code. I can see the Lougheed Bomber page when I go to my.iscorecentral.com but I cannot fix or delete any of the items like teams or player names and lists. Also I did not receive any e-mail with an activation code that I can think of, I have my username, password and account ID but it does not accept any of those. I want to start from scratch, so is there any way that I can do that without having to pay again for the same team web page?

CoachNish,
When you purchase in app then the activation code is automatic and you shouldn't receive an email.
From your my.iscorecentral.com you should be able to click teams, scroll to your team, then click view in the column for websites.
Otherwise to get to your website use
http://baseball.iscorecentral.com/xxxxxxx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
With xxxx being the exact name of the team for which you purchased the website.

I wouLd write support, they are real good about getting back to you vs this forum, on this you can get help but support will for sure respond and help you. Sometime on this forum I don't get any help...
support@iscoresports.com they have been great with me... I had a problem signing but and getting a password for this forum and they manually set it up. Good luck. Ron

I just looked up my logs, you have made 9 posts since joining 4 days ago, no thread has gone un answered, in fact each thread you started has been answered within an hour by a knowledgeable user or moderator or FTM support. and re answered after that if continued ambiguity. I recall most all coming back with thanks from you in fact, in a tone the made me assume question asked answered. .
I do not want to imply that we can solve everything through the forum, that quickly, nor that emailing customer support is not advocated, but I am struggling with where we did not give any help in a timely manner nor to completion.
if it was a typo, please clarify .
