Beginning with 1/1 pitch count

Post by scottgreider » Fri Mar 18, 2011 10:09 pm

I manage a Little League Minor BB team, and our division decided to start the batter off with a 1/1 pitch count (similar to adult softball leagues) in an attempt to speed up the games and save young pitchers arms. Is there a way to, perhaps, program the settings to start with one ball and one strike without having to assess them to the pitcher? Otherwise, my pitch counts will be inaccurate.

Thanks!

This is something we have on our priority list, and seems to be getting more requests (especially from softball leagues), so is getting higher on the list. Thank you for suggesting it again as it helps us set our priorities.

Thanks for the response. I know of two others in my league that have downloaded it and would love to use it if that setting was available. Just wondering, when you say it's "moving up the priority list", does that mean it could be out by Opening Day, April 16??? ;-)

We don't know when it will be in for sure, and do not give dates for releases, but it is becoming a higher priority as it gets requested more often. Thank you.
