Customer number

My iPad was replaced due to a hardware failure, when I restored from backup my customer number had changed..... Why???? Can I go back to my old customer number?

Customer numbers are unique to each device. Send an email to support@iscorecentral.com with your old and new numbers (and what happened), and they can move all your data to the new ID.
