I bought this app thinking it was a live scoreboard for all baseball games. I didn't realize it was a score card for me to take. Is it possible to get a refund?

I also bought the subscription for the MLB roster, but I don't think it has fully processed because I still do not have the activation code. Is it possible to cancel that too before it goes through?
