Exporting and Data Sharing

I have tried to export my information off of my old I Phone, it acts like it is exporting but after a few minutes, it says that export was unsuccessful. I am hooked up to the internet.

Also, in trying the bluetooth data sharing, it will only put in the teams and rosters. No game information is transfered.

Are both devices running the same version of iScore? If you make sure they are running the same version, the Bluetooth transfer should work fine. If Exporting is failing, it is usually an indication of a bad internet connection. Sometimes restarting your device will fix that. You can also try alternately using 3G or WiFi... sometimes people have trouble with one and not the other.

Both phones have version 3.09.141. I have tried turning off and restarting both devices. Exporting takes about 6 minutes or so, but then screen comes up and says export unsuccessfull.

Data sharing.......devices hook up, transmission says it was successful. Nothing on the other device.

All my information is on a Iphone G3.

When I purchased the Iphone G4 and hooked up to Itunes.........everything transfered as it was supposed to do. All the information from last season also transfered to the G4.

The G3 will no longer export. Data transfer shows no information transfered after it says successful transfer.

It sounds like you are saying everything was already transferred to your new 4G phone as part of the iTunes backup/restore process.

What games are you trying to transfer now? If the games have already been transferred via iTunes, then iScore will not transfer them again.

It may be best for you to email the Customer IDs of each of your devices to support@iscorecentral.com so we can look at your data specifically. If you can include a specific game you are trying to transfer in the email, it will help us track down what is going on.
