Today I was scoring my sons baseball game and about the 3rd inning I received a message that my iPad had gotten to hot and would shutdown. I missed an entire half inning before it would turn back on.
Note: it was not a hot day, somewhere around 73*, but sunny. The iPad was a bit warm but not like it might be during summer months.
Has anyone else experienced this warning/shutdown message? I'm a bit worried now about scoring my games using the iPad here in the south as 73* is really considered mild weather, or NOT hot.

This is a known issue with iPads --- nothing specific to iScore. We are hopeful the iPad2 addresses this in some way, but have not seen anything about it. There are multiple threads in the forum about this. Here is one:
