The data download that has the rosters and all that. Couple of questions.
The first is just random curiosity. How large is the data packet on an average day?
The second is how do the lineups work, and how close to game time are they actually available? If 2010 is any indicator, the 3G out at Rangers ballpark SUCKS, and if I have to download the data packet to get those, it might take a while, or multiple attempts.
Once it's downloaded, I'm curious to find out how practically I use them. Are they just picked up when I start a game on that date? Or is there some menu I haven't seen?

Re: Couple of Questions about the Data Download
The total amount of data is on the order of 150kb any time you do a full update. You only need to do this on days you will be scoring games. The updates are available on the Add On screen when you have made the purchase.
Lineups are available as soon as the teams have submitted their official lineup for the day. This can be several hours before a game, usually at least one hour befor the game. When you have the MLB subscription, a Sync button also is enabled when creating new games to get the lineup as well a latest stats for just that team. So it is actually not necessary to do the full data refresh if you don't want to. You can do just the Aync button for the teams you will be scoring.

Re: Couple of Questions about the Data Download
I purchased the subscription, however I don't see that. All I see is at the bottom of the "Game Info" page, there is an iScoreCast Synchronize option. Is that it, or something else I'm not seeing?FTMSupport wrote:The total amount of data is on the order of 150kb any time you do a full update. Edit.. Nm, found it. In the lineup page.
