Transferring Data to Team Website

Good morning: Three months off and already I've forgotten most of everything I ever knew! New season started yesterday, scored a game perfectly (well, perfect for me) but I'll be darned if I can remember how to transfer the info to my team web site. I thought export would do it but I guess not - there's nothing showing up under the team web site

Export should do it. Are you using the same device as before? Team Websites are tied to a particular device. If you have changed devices, then just e-mail FTM with the old and new device IDs and they can change things around.

you are correct, export is the main driver.. and building on my friends comments.. couple things can go wrong.

First and foremost, you must be using the same team that you used to purchase the site from the same device. (there is an underlying team id and unique code that ties the specific team and the device to the specific team site, if you break that link, FTM support has to step in and save the day). Email support@iscorecentral.com with device id and describe problem.

assuming, you are using the same team and the same device, next check the leagues are assigned right. that the game you scored and the team both have the new year leagues you are using assigned to them. and be sure that new league is visible (upper right on stats page) on the team site, (you can change league drop down items by signing on as admin and changing the settings in lower right of settings page)

If you are getting the recently scored game listed on the team site but no scorecard or iscorecast link, go to game info screen through game manager and email yourself the scorecard (servers get updated by this email) and synch iscorecast (scroll to end of game info screen).

Run through this and report back.

Thanks so much for the input. It must be related to the team because the device is the same. I'll shoot FTM an e-mail and see what happens. If it turns out to be some arcane issue I'll post it here but if it's the usual "operator error", then I'll likely take my licks quietly.
