How do I delete the preseason games? I have tried to delete the league via the iPhone app, export, etc, but they still show up on the website. I want them gone or at least not included in the actual season stats.

They should delete but you can assign the games to a league I.e. Exhibition, then uncheck that league for your team in team manager. Export, then they should be gone. The website only pulls games from the leagues you choose for you team and games assigned to that league.

You need to delete the game ....under game manager, select your game, then iPhone click the trash can icon, android user use the menu.

I am having a similar issue. I deleted a game on iscore and iscorecast, but the game is still showing up on my website. It is also showing up on my admin page. I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I checked the league settings and the game is completely gone from iscore but is still on the website.

Sounds like you have not done an Options> Export since you removed the game from your device.

That should update the Team Website .and tell it to remove the game, if it is now removed from your device.

Tried it twice. Didn't do a thing.

If you email us at support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID, we can look at your data. There are a few things going on here:

1. For http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (Admin Website), there are two separate tabs - the "Scorecasts" tab and the "Games" tab.

The Scorecasts tab lists any games you have sent to the servers with "iScorecast". There is an option to delete these right on the list. This will delete them from the iScorecast server --- this is separate from the device itself.

The Games tab lists all games from your device. On the Admin Website, they will be listed regardless of League settings. The Admin Website is just meant as an Administrative page, and lists data from your device. It is not meant to categorize into leagues, etc.

2. There are also Team Websites. If you have Team Website, then you can filter games by League, and they will not appear when you have selected a league the game is not in, but it would not actually be deleted.

In either case, the way to actually remove a game (as opposed to an iScorecast) is to delete it from your device, then do an Options->Export to update the server.
