I scored two games on my Ipod Touch and then transferred the first one to the IPHONE (Which I have setup for a team website). The second one did not transfer and neither of them have exported to the team website. What am I doing wrong? What can I fix?
Thanks

Re: Can't Transfer Games Between Devices
If you email us with your customer IDs for each device and the name of your Team Website, we can take a look.
To ensure transferred games get posted to your team website, the following must be true:
The internal ID of the team must match the internal ID on the device that created the team website. The easiest way to ensure this is the case is to start by transferring the team from your original device to any devices you want to score the games for you. Then when you transfer back, you know the internal ID will be correct. If you do not do it this way, then when you transfer a game to your device that is associated with a Team Website, you need to make sure to map the team/players to the existing players on your device so it knows the data is for the same team.
If you go to Team Manager on your device that is tied to the team website, and see your team name listed twice, then the above was not followed. To fix it, you can use the "merge team" option from the Team Manager to combine the two teams back into one. If doing this, make sure you select the team that is tied to the team website in the left list, and the "new" team in the right hand list. To be safe, you may want to rename the "new" team to something slightly different than the original so you can easily identify which is which.
