Runner not being advanced??

I apologize if this topic has been covered before.

I scored a scrimmage tonight. I had runners on 1st and 2nd. Batter hits a double. The runner on 2nd is scored, but the runner on 1st is never advanced. I did not notice it until 2 innings later. I went back to "pitch by pitch" but where the double is hit, it does not even show the batter on 1st. On the scorecard, it shows him at first, never advancing, and the runner behind him scoring later in the inning. Help! I have to send these to our coach before 7:30 tomorrow morning!

If you can do an Options->Export from within iScore, and email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID (seen on the Options screen), and which game / inning / players involved we should look at to see the issue, we will take a look.
