Try doing either an Options->Export from your device (this will send your data to the server again including the password), or try changing your password on Options->Admin Website (this will also re-send your data to the server). Then you should be able to log in.

Thank you - That did it! Now if only I can fix a play that was inputted incorrectly. I know you can change in the pitch by pitch - I had a play happened batter got a single to first error to second and error to third brought in 2 runners - I enter how he got on base with single advanced the runner to 2nd - then went to the next batter - enter how he got on base but then finished what I missed on the previous batter with that batter bringing in the 2 runs to catch up. Went back to try to change but it won't let me.

Also - can you delete a substitution? When I hit edit all it lets me do is add but not delete.

Any suggestions would be great - Thanks for the help! This is an awesome program - I have parents listen to the game from their computer when they can't be at the game - they love it!

You can change how players made it to the base they are on in the pitch by pitch listing, but you can't change when they made it to that base. You can add notes to the play in the pitch by pitch listing to describe what actually took place, and if you are using the iPhone / iPad version, you can edit the statistics by viewing stats from the Game Info screen, and tapping the stat you want to change.

For substitutions, if you catch it during the game, just use Undo. After the game, go to the same Pitch by Pitch listing, and you can edit the substitutions on any pitch. There is not a way to "delete" a sub (that would just leave a gap in the field or the batting lineup), but you can select the fielding or batting position, and then just select the player that should really be in that spot.
