My ipad failed the other day and was replaced by apple. When I restored iscore to my ipad I noticed that my iscore Customer ID changed
and now when I score a game and export it the Team Web page is not getting updated? I also deleted old games off my
ipad but they still exist on the team website? How do I get my ipad communicating again with the team web site?
On the ipad it has the correct team URL (and I can access it) but when I go to http://www.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and login with
my new Customer ID the new games show up here but not on the team website.
How do I get my http://www.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; admin Website in sync with the team website?

Send FTM a private message with the old Customer ID and the new one and they can sync them to the new ID.

To echo the point from Jason and clarify for the community at large..
Team web sites are linked to the specific device that originally purchased the site...( export export from the master device updates the team web site) to change the device that drives your website you have to Email FTM at support@iscorecentral.com with your old device Id, new device Id and your team sites to get it changed
There is no self service way to do this. Have to email FTM.
