Pitcher Change
After a game is completed. How do I go back and change pitcher from earlier innings if a mistake was made?

Pretty straight forward, and is discussed in other discussions.
For pitching (or any other changes), you simply:
1: Select your game
2: Click on "Pitch by Pitch"
3: Select the inning (if other than one) where the pitching change occurred
4: Select the 1st pitch for the batter when the change occurred
5: Select "Substitution" by clicking that "Edit" button
6: Select Home or Vistor
You'll see the defensive positions displayed
7: Click on the pitcher and select the new pitcher from the roster below
You can repeat this for any other defensive substitution.
