WP/LP Question

I scored a "dummy" game today to get used to the app, and when I emailed the stats to my computer, the winning/losing pitcher field is blank. Is there something specific I have to do to have that show up? Thanks!

Thanks. I have several questions since I just downloaded iScore yesterday, so if it's okay, I'll keep them all on this same thread.

Next question. I emailed the game info, and my iPad said the email has been sent, but it has not been received at my email address. I looked in junk and spam folders, and not there either.

I noticed a lag in my iscore emails today..

I assumed it was my ISP. But it may be an issue with iscore server if others are experiencing issues emailing.

Normally emails come through in less than a minute.. Today took upwards of ten to thirty minutes. But ultimately came though..

Did your emails ultimately come through? My did..


If not,
The first troubleshooting tests are the obvious ones ..

Be sure you have a solid Internet connectivity
(I will assume you do as you are posting here)

Be sure you typed in the email address correctly?
(I know, simple, but typos do happen)

Third check spam filters. ( I know you did)

Try not to use off characters, quotes and symbols in game titles, sometimes that gives mail servers fits

There may be a short term issue on the FTM server side as I am experiencing lags today..(could also be ISP issues on our email providers too)
