Log In Troubles for data sharing
Myself and another father have been keeping our team scores using the iscore app on separate devices. He provided me his User ID and Password so I can download the games he's scored onto my Iphone, but when I try logging into the database on my phone using the ID and password I get a "Invalid Customer ID or Password" error message. I went to the my.iscorecentral.com website and put in the same User Id and password and I am able to log in fine?? Is the data sharing password and ID different than what is used on the my.iscorecentral.com website?? If not, can you think of any other reason I can't log on to the account using my iPhone?? Thanks for the help.

Keithski - not sure if you have resolved this or not ...
yes the id and password you use for data sharing by web are what you find in the options menu for admin site. that is correct (you can not log into your own account from your iphone, just your friends. )
if he gave you his user id and admin password and it is not working, try having him reset it, by changing the password to something new and different. be sure you are using same case (lower / upper) as he used. I know it sounds silly, but sometimes the 'reset' cleans up the log in process.
