Missing Games on Team Website

All my games appear in the iscore central website, however my iscorebaseball.com/team website does not reflect games on 11/20 which I have uploaded, and sync'd

1st time I experienced this problem.

Any ideas? Thanks

A few things to check:

You might want to do an Options->Export again just to be sure you get the Successful message when exporting.

You can check and make sure the game on 11/20 is in the Leagues you expect (got to Game Manager, select the Game, select Leagues, and make sure the check boxes are where you expect them to be)

Was the game scored using the same team the site was created for, or was a second team entered with the same name (or was the game imported and not mapped to the team the website was for)?

Did you get a new device and this game was scored on that new device? (Team websites are tied to a particular device. We can change that device for you, but you would need to email us.)


If none of the above helps, if you can do an Options->Export from your device and email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID (found on bottom left of Options screen), and give a brief description of the problem in the email to remind the person responding to that what the issue is, we can take a look.

We actually got your email as well... we checked your site and the games from 11/20 appear to be there. We sent you a screenshot of what we are seeing. Maybe you are having a caching issue with your browser? If you try clearing your browser's cache and going back to the page, does it show the games from 11/20?
