Just got a new iPhone 4

I just got a new iPhone 4 and would like to put iScore Baseball back on the device.
I tried importing my database from the Options menu, but it failed. I assume this is because I now have a new customer ID.
I have lost my previous customer ID, but I do have a team website associated with the old device that I was able to use to login into http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecast/player.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; with. Will this suffice as my customer ID?
How do I get all of my previous data back onto my new device? Would you be able to associate this team website with the new device as well?
