Help exporting from iphone

Please help, I exported from my iPhone and get a message saying it was successfully exported tot he server then I go to my.iscorecentral.com and login and get a message saying I have not uploaded any data. What do I need to do? is there a lag period or something? I uploaded it several hours ago several times.

Verify the customer id/device id you are entering is correct. That's been my problem before.

I just verified and tried again even by copying and pasting out my customer id and password... even reset my password from my phone and tried that.. still no luck.

Wow.. I just tried to enter the customer Id as lower case and that worked even though on my phone it says my ID is all uppercase.
