I am new to iScore and need some help please. The 1st weekend I scored 4 games, exported sucessfully and could see the games and stats on the server and the team website. To start the next weekend, I cleared the games off my ipod, scored 6 new games and exported them successfully. when I went to the view them, the 1st weekends 4 games were gone. Do I need to leave every game I ever score on my ipod to keep it on the website? Thanks for the help!

Yes, your device is the source of all the data and exporting just puts a copy of the data on you device on our servers. If you have exported less than 4 times, we may still have a backup of the original 4 games you entered and can recover those for you if you have deleted them. Email us directly at
support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID (which can be found on the bottom left of the Options screen in iScore) and we will see what we can recover for you.

Tip
For any other new users reading the board... Your hand held device is the "master database" not your team or admin website. There are multiple warnings when deleting, games, players or teams on the device.. Please take the warnings seriously.
If you did not delete and are still not seeing your data, (players, teams or games) . Go to league manager and turn on "all" league, to see if missing data is just filtered out by leagues.
