Team Stats question

I have used iScore for 3 games of our current fall season and need some help. Our game stats don't seem to be going to team stats correctly. For example , I have 4 or 5 players with batting averages over .1000 on the team stats and of course that is incorrect. When I look at the individual game stats , they look right. What am I doing wrong?

If you can email us the report that shows batting averages incorrectly, and do an Options->Export from your device and include your customer ID in the email, we can take a look. A batting average over .100 is not a problem. A batting average over 1.00 should not be possible. We have never heard of this. There are other stats that can be over 1.00 (slugging percentage for example), but batting average should not be. Send the email to

Thanks. I exported and emailed the stats to the address you provided. I typed the batting average wrong in my original post. I have averages of 1.500 etc.

CHECK YOUR LEAGUE ASSIGNMENTS.. !!!
this is the most common source of unexpected cumulative team stat report outs...
make sure the team and games are assigned to the correct league(s) ).. and the appropriate league(s) are turned on when you choose team stats. (if you miss one assignment, things will be off accoridingly). The team stats are filtered by the leagues that are on at the moment.

We have 4 teams all assigned to the Default league. Do I need to add a new league name and assign our 4 teams to that league?

Can you do an Options->Export from your device and email us your customer ID (which is found in bottom left of Options screen)?

I still suspect the issue is in leagues.. try enableing the "ALL" league and see if that solves the issue.
League Manager > ALL > ON
Team Manager > Select Desired Team > Team Stats (bottom left)
This should show the stats for all the games for the selected team. if it does work with ALL, go back and re check that all the games are also assigned to the Default league.
if/when when you do send an email to support, be sure to remember to also export and include your customer ID and if you are using the iphone or ipad version.

that is the most current version... for iphone/itouch 2.75.92 (2.75.93 for ipad)
