We move players around during the game. Is there anyway that can be updated during game time?

You can make defensive substitutions at any time by tapping on the position in the field and choosing the players to substitute in the substitution screen. The program works fine for youth games with unrestricted defensive substitutions. (you can even create coach pitcher and machine pitcher as players and sub them in and out if your machine pitch league does that)
I strongly encourage all new users to watch the training videos on line, I am confident it saves you time overall.
