Suggestion-scorebook interactive

It would be fret if the scorebook was interactive in that you could click a specific at bat and easily edit it rather than (or, I should say, in addition to) the pitch by pitch. It would be much easier than scrolling through in the effort to find the exact pitch. The ptch squares would coincide with pitch by pitch ... It would just be so much easier to edit.

Thanks.

Thank you for the suggestion. There are things that can not be captured with a "scorebook approach" to scoring that we are able to capture --- which pitch did other things happen on (stolen bases, pickoff attempts, etc), what was the location of each pitch, etc. We track at the "pitch" detail level, not the "at bat" level which is what a scorebook does.

FTM, I don't think what Eddie is suggesting is the same "interactive scorebook approach" that others have suggested (and to which your response seems directed). I read Eddie's suggestion to be one that would leave all functionality the same, and simply add a way to get to a specific part of the pitch-by-pitch editing functionality through the scorebook. I like that suggestion, as the current method of finding your way to a specific play in PBP is a little cumbersome.

We would definitely like to make it so the scorebook can be a way to quickly navigate to a particular point in pitch by pitch. Thisis something that has been on our enhancment list for a while now. Thank you for the clarification.
