This may have been asked before, and I just can't find it, but here goes: We are travelling this weekend and there are several family members who either want to receive tweets as I score the game or want to view through the team website because they can't attend out of town. I have printed the instructions to give to the various family members to accomplish this request. But, my question is one of privacy. For various reasons, the coaches do not want the kids and others to see the cumulative season stats (primarily they want to encourage the "team" approach and don't want them comparing numbers during the season). So, if I give out the team website along with the guest password so that the families can view the games this weekend, how do I protect the coaches' request that the stats remain private?

Great product, and thanks, in advance for you help

We currently only have one level of password protection... either a tab is protected or it is not.

What many people do is protect the Stats tab, but leave the Games tab unrestricted for viewing.

If it is just the Scorecasts that you want to make available, you can send them the URL to view the scorecasts without requiring them to go to the team website. That URL is:

http://iscorecast.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

When they go there, it will ask for the customer ID to view the games --- just give them the customer ID from the Options screen of your device and they can view the scorecasts.

Let us know if you have any further questions.
