I tried searching the forum but was unsuccessful to find this answer.

When adding pitchers from an AL team to the roster, do I select them as a Batting Position or NO?

Then, how would I handle an inter-league game in which the picture is (or for NL team going to an AL park) is NOT batting?

We are guessing you are asking about Pitchers, not Pictures? Yes, just set batting = NO for pitchers when the pitchers do not bat in yoru league.

In inter league games, you will use the rules of the game ... when played at an AL stadium, AL rules are in effect and in NL stadiums, NL rules are in effect.
