Different customer IDs, how to combine?

I have scored the first few games of our season on my iPad. I’ve successfully setup a team website that has all of the games and stats loaded on it.
I had a game all setup for Monday night, but forgot my iPad. I tried to import the game to my iPhone, but that would not work. I’m guessing it’s because I had not exported it from my iPad yet. Actually, I tried to import everything to my iPhone even though it said that would overwrite alldata on my phone, which would have been ok, but that didn’t work either. So I scrambled to create a new game on my phone Andy I didn’t score it on my phone.
How do I now get this game to our team website and our online data, and eventually my iPad too? I’ve noticed that my phone and iPad have different “customer ID” numbers. Should they be the same?
Once I get this solved I’ll want to figure out how to get another person setup to be able to score on their device in case I miss a game, and have them able to get their data into our database
