Deleteing substitutions in the play by play

I have from time to to time inadvertantly made a defensive subsitution instead of an offensive substitution. I have been able to overwrite the incorrect substitution by just making another substitution but it ends up making three entries in the scorecard showing the initial player and the two substitutions . Is there a way to delete the substitution in the play by play and therfore correcting the scorecard? These substitutions have no bearing on the outcome of the game.

When editing on the Pitch by Pitch, be sure to edit the record that says "Substitution" in that listing. If you edit at a different spot in the Pitch by Pitch, it is creating a new substitution. If you edit the one that says Substitution (the one that had the incorrect player put in), and set it back to the correct player, this should be replacing the incorrect substitute and should not cause double entries on the scorecard.
