Can I score a game and then (when I have an internet connection) replay the game through iscorecast?

Yes. When you have an internet connection, go to Game Manager, select your game, scroll down the Game Info screen to "i-ScoreCast Synchronize" and click that. It will send the game to the iScoreCast server, and you will then be able to watch the replay from there.
