Importing games to other iPods

Post by macmikeolson » Fri Apr 02, 2010 2:20 pm

I'm keeping score on an iPod Touch and an iPhone because we play multiple games in a day, and the battery just doesn't last very long when I'm scoring.

Can I export a game from one and import it to the other so I can get the cumulative stats going?

Our next version will allow sharing of games and rosters between devices. We will be submitting the update any day now.

Do you have an estimated release date of the next update? I am very interested in keeping the electronic "book" on multiple devices.

We don't have a date, but we are going to be submitting the update to Apple any day now (still doing some testing), and it has generally been taking Apple 3 days to approve updates.

Can I transfer games recorded on my iPhone to the iPad version?

Yes. We can transfer your entire database from the iPhone to your iPad. We just need you to do an export from both devices, then email us your customer IDs, and we can transfer the data.

When the next release comes out of each version, the "data sharing" will allow you to transfer individual games/rosters between iPads, iPod Touches, and iPhones.

That's a great feature many of us will love! Thanks for a wonderful app.
