Unable to change my email (resolved -use admin site)

I need to add a new device, but I'm unable to register it because the email associated with my account is no longer valid. When I go to the registration section of the Account tab on my admin page, I'm unable to change the email . Nothing happens when I try to type over it

no worry. here is what you need to do (it looks more complex than it is)

1) If not already, make note your user ID and password (Device > iscore > option > Admin WebSite)
2) log into my.iscorecentral.com (with device user ID and password)
3) go to Account Tab
4) Click on the RED USER ID expose menu,
5) Select UNREGISTER (do not worry, ) Hit OK
6) Enter new working email , and add in your first and last name.
7) Click Register
8) check your email in box for confirmation email
9) Click link in email
10) enter new password to go with your registered email
