Is there a way to only display current season iScorecasts on the iscorecentral "ribbon"? I don't want to actually delete the iScorecast for the game in case we want it later, but only want my parents to see this years games and not have to search through 5 years worth of games displayed currently on the ribbon.

If you have a team web site subscription, you can more easily restrict the games folks view to the current season for the team.
If you have a team web site subscription post back, and we can explain more

If you do not have a team web site, you can remove old score casts 1:1 by going through the Game Manager list of games, clicking on each, and scrolling down in the Game Info screen and clicking on "Delete iScore Cast". the games are still on your device and at any time you can regenerate the scorecast from the device Game Info screen . This is obviously a tediously long process.

If you are familiar with the Admin web site at my.iscorecentral.com. You can use that to delete games 1:1 more quickly.

How to delete iscorecast from the Admin Web site

• log on to my.iscorecentral.com, use your device ID and password, (found under Option > Admin Website)
  Go to Games tab > Scorecast tab,
  
  You will have a list of scorecasts and a delete button for each one.

Yep, talking about that ribbon - and I will try the "delete" option on the Admin website (familiar with that)...was just afraid that might delete the scorecast entirely. But if I'm understanding correctly, I can still go on my device to the actual game and use iscorecast synchronize to bring it back again, righ? (if for whatever reason that is desired.)

We do have a Team website, but don't really use it as much as we probably could. Our webmaster mostly has just set up links on our main high school baseball website that show stats and a link to the iscorecast "ribbon" for parents to watch games "live" or replay if they missed it.

If you have a team web site subscription, you can save your self work. Plus you can restrict what is listed on the ribbon to exactly what you described, this team this year only. Especially easy, if you use a new team each year!

Team must be active and assigned to the team web site

• You can check what teams are actively assigned to what team website and reassign if needed what team associated with your team web site all from the my.iscorecentral.com web site Account tab.

With an active team web site, you can then simply provide fans a simple team specific URL (format below). only this teams games will show up in the "iscorecast ribbon" (not everything on your device).
your school web master can take this format and put the link on your school web site .

• team specific "iscorecast ribbon" link http://iscorecast.com/?c=YourTeamName << insert your team URL name of course.

To further restrict what games for the team show up (i.e. this year, regular season, conference games etc), use Leagues.

• Only games/stats from the active Leagues assigned to the team will show up on the URL / Team website.
• Create a 2017 league, assign League to the team, make sure all the 2017 games are assigned to that 2017 league
• you will now have exactly what you want. a single url to this years team's iscorecast games only

P.S. Do not forget to Option > Export to update the team web server after any changes (rosters, games scored, or league assignments) made on your handheld device.

Lastly, I almost forgot. Most definitely yes to below. you can restore if needed from device
