I forgot my tablet for a recent game so I used the app on my android phone. I located the game from my team website and loaded it to my device without issue. We played the game, used my phone and scored it, and then I figured I'd need to dump the results to a website so I could grab them on my tablet which holds the remainder of the season. I've proceeded to renew my website for $20 associated to the android phone device and then used the Change Team option on that website to point it to the league and the one game I just uploaded. I identified the site name I have it saved under and then proceeded to my tablet so I could load the information to it.

When I return to my tablet to load the game that I've uploaded from my cell phone, it tells me the game already exists on my device and that I have to delete it first before I can load it. It's NOT on my tablet. There is no game to delete. I'm also not understanding why it's reading the game it's trying to match as (05//16) Dallas Spirits at Dallas Cardinals (Reverchon Park @ 6:30PM) when it clearly shows a July 7 date on the website and what came from my phone in the upload. Something is jacked here.

This should be simple. Not sure why I can't just take the game from my android phone and load it to my android tablet. Instead I had to spend $20 to upload it to the website and then try to find it...but that's failing. I've also emailed support twice and haven't received a reply in two weeks. I've have screen shots to explain this if there's a way to upload them here.

Sounds like you set the game up on your tablet first . ( then located from web site and loaded on phone) Although did not score on tablet, the game still there. Need to delete game on tablet and data share. No team web site needed

Tablet- Delete the game from tablet
Phone - Option > export to store phone data on admin web servers

Tablet- OPTION > DATA TRANSFER >GET FROM WEB> enter phone device id and password
Follow prompts

This should add that game to tablet for completeness

Thanks for the reply. That's just it. It was setup on the tablet. Exported to my regular website and that's where I found the game to pull it to my phone. The thing is, that I DID delete it from the tablet. The game doesn't exist on the tablet yet iScore thinks it does. I even added it back and removed it hoping that would do it. Fail.

Any other suggestions? iScore support? Can I get you guys to answer an email?

Resolved. Used Get Data. The other method was completely JACKED. May be time to go to Game Changer. The lack of Android support is too overwhelming.

Web database > phone id/ password method . is the appropriate transfer method regardless if phone/tablet ios/android.

How to use is described in user guide and FAQs and is pretty simple and straight forward , once you correctly understand it. It can transfer data from different devices phone/ tablet across different types iOs/android. Without any additional purchases. unfortunately, The " other" method you were trying using web site was simply not correct mechanics. Yes, The quirk of haveing to remove that game from receiving device (tablet) first to see the game to transfer is an oddity - but designed that way to keep data straight on source and target devices.


So you know, game changer dropped android support years ago. GC app is not available on android.
