Updating roster information between devices.

I created a roster on one device (iphone) in which I just record one league's games. I data share that information with an ipad that I use for all of my leagues. I don't always obtain the other team's player information, sometimes it's just the player number and sometimes it's just the player name. Over the course of the season I continually update other team's roster information on my iphone as it becomes available to me. I noticed today that when data sharing with my ipad, the ipad doesn't update the player information for those players I've updated on my iphone. The players are mapped correctly, but I'm not getting the full player info that is on my iphone to update on my ipad. How do I correct this?

Once the player exists on a device, it does not replace the data. The assumption is that users might want to make changes on the local devices, so changing that information based on data sharing would not be good. If you delete a team from a device, it will allow you to data share from a remote device again.
