Can't change stat setings

When I click on settings on the home page it takes me to a login screen. After I login, it takes me back to the home screen. I cannot get to the settings screen.
Sounds like you are referring to Team Websites, and you have the same password set for Admin and Users. See this link about making sure you have different passwords:
