logging in to web admin page with an email address

I thought there was a way to be able to log in to the web poartal admin with an email address instead of a random 10 character user name that is impossible to remember (and we don't always have our devices with us to check the user name). Is there not a way to login with an email address?

that is correct, you can register a device to a user email and then access the my.iscorecentral admin web site by email id and password.
On your device go to OPTION >REGISTER
And it will show you the email the device is registered to
The web portal sign in page is still
