How do I find "True Pitch count"

Little Tommy pitches 24 pitches. That's fine but unhelpful in regards to Pitch Smart guidelines. He started his last batter with 19 pitches and that is the important number. Where do I find this number?

I believe you are referring to Little League pitching threshold rules. The simple answer is that the number you are looking for is not directly reported. You have to determine it yourself. I used the total pitch count and if it crosses one of the Little League thresholds then I would look at the scorebook to subtract the number of pitches in the last batter to see if that took it below the last threshold. I only did that if I did not make a note of it during the game itself. In other words, it was somewhat complicated and only applies to Little League rules as of that time.
With the implementation of the Pitch Smart guidelines, there might be more leagues using these limits and the same types of rules Little League uses. However, the Pitch Smart program only addresses the pitch count limits and appropriate rest days per age level and does not say anything about thresholds and reverting to previous batter counts like Little League does.
iScore does have a pitch count warning option. It might be a good enhancement to add an option to 'Use Pitch Smart Guidelines for pitch count warnings?'. Then you could set an age and the program would issue warnings when you get close to the daily rest limits.
