android phone ipad tablet

Post by gary456 » Wed Feb 24, 2016 11:30 am

This might be a dumb question. I am currently scoring baseball on an android phone. I would like to get a tablet, if I get an ipad tablet will i be able to move data back and forth between the 2 platforms or would I be better off to get an android based tablet.

You will be able to data share between devices. You will have to purchase another app of iscore, however, as android and apple purchases don't transfer. Once you score on an ipad, though, you'll never want to go back to a phone. The added screenspace on an ipad makes it a much better experience IMO.

Ok thanks.. With that being said does the ipad mini show everything on the screen or do you need a full size ipad?

Yes, iPad Mini shows everything that the full size iPads show.

Ah team mom.. IPad iScore addict since iPad 1 days..

I will agree with her iPad version is great . But Some of us have tried both iPad and phone versions and found phone version better in some cases

I like the phone version better as more discrete, and I can score with one hand and can deflect sun glare easier on a phone.

Both have equal functionality

Thanks for the replies! I was thinking about the mini because that is all I really use it for and I wanted to be able to make sure it shouwed the full screen like the full ipad does.
