I am new to this, taking over for someone else mid season. Got everything switched over to my app and the first two games went pretty smooth.
3rd game was strange in that the team we played only had 8 guys. Felt like it forced me to put 9 in the batting line up, so I did and skipped that 9th batter each time.
All seemed to play out well, but now when I look at the other teams stats from the game, I get nothing for them on the app. On our website, the box score shows them with 3 entries for each of the 8 players, so 3 times the number of at bats, hits, etc.
Any help? Not a huge deal since it's the other teams stuff. Doesn't seem to effect our stats. Just looks funny on the boxscore.
Thanks.

1. There is no restriction on the number of players in a batting lineup. Just set players to Batting = YES if they are in the batting lineup. You can have 1 player or 20 players batting, it does not matter (but you must have at least 1 on each team).
2. If you are viewing Team Stats and not seeing the players that you had in the lineup for a team, it likely means you added the players to the Lineup of the game, but not the Roster of the team. See tip #6 at this link for information on Lineups vs Rosters:
http://iscoresports.com/manual/#h.ej3nmdzcberl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
To get the lineup copied to the roster easily, go to Game Manager and select the game, then select the Pitch by Pitch listing, then tap the Game Starts event, then tap Edit next to Starting Lineup... on the lineup screen, tap Options -> Copy Lineup to Roster.
3. If you are seeing stats multiple times for a single game for a player, it means the player is listed multiple times in the lineup. Do the same steps as above to view the lineups for the game, and look for duplicate players in the lineup and remove them.

If support tips do not resolve your questions.. Reply back with some more info..
When you say stats not showing up on app ... Is that when trying to view under "team manager" or "game manger"? The data on app on hand held device needs to be correct before web site has a chance of being correct..
Here are some steps to take to correct / describe back what you are seeing in more detail if not as expected..
1) game stats: game manager > select game >select stat group (ex team batting) are you seeing what you expect here? If not try a Recalc here (button on top of screen). Does the Recalc game stats match your expectation ? (Double check game stats here for batting, pitching , fielding for both teams if you want)
2) team stats: team manager >select team > roster .. Is this what you expect? If not, Clean up roster so right number of players.. Add/remove as needed ... Now check team stats by
Team manager > select team > team stats.... Does this match expectation? If not force a RECALC (for good measures).. Do stats now match your expectation ?
3) Once game and team stats match your expectation on app.
Force an update of App to Team Web Site by Options > Export
4) team web site:
Now go review team web site again.. And report back findings
Games> select game > tap box score ..
Does it look as expected?
