I have seen old multiple posts on this subject where if a player is injured after batting you cannot remove them from the lineup if there is no sub. Only option is to continually skip batter and if you forget then your stats get messed up. Is there a new enhancement to resolve this issue?

When you use Skip Batter it will ask if it should count as an out or not. The next time the player comes up, iScore will ask if you want to skip the batter again.
