Lost The Ap

I purchased Iscore a few years ago (also set up team website). I recently purchased a new phone and planned on using my old phone strictly for Iscore Baseball. Somehow the Iscore ap and all previous data was deleted from my old phone. I never wrote down the user name or password from the Admin Website. I need to know how to recover the username and password so I can log into my Admin Website (if that is possible) and import last years data back into my phone. Thanks for you assistance.
