I just purchased a website for our team and received confirmation from iTunes of the purchase but cannot access the website. I did not renew from last year I wanted a new URL. Does the activation of the website take some time?

It should be immediate. If you email us your customer ID (found on the Options screen) and the URL of the team website you created to support@iscoresports.com, we can take a look to see what is going on.

I purchased a team web site today. i have the receipt from iTunes showing that it was paid for. However, the web site cannot be found. And, when I do a search on the name the sign up screen indicates that it is available and wants me to purchase it again.
How can this be resolved?

I emailed customer service with that info on 9/28. I have not received any response and my site is still not active.

I have a couple of questions regarding the website before I buy it.

Does the website automatically reads all the teams and games previously recorded in iScore?
Can I edit my website, adding sponsors banners?
Are the statistics updated in real time as a game progresses?
Does it have a url link that I can give anyone I wish?
Can I take a look of a demo team website or a real one to see how it looks?

The team web site is for ANY/All games for 1 defined team ( you can group games by League so only 1 season or all seasons appear on web aite).

When u score a game you can broadcast a real time gamecast. The team web site is updated after games- Not in game.
