Runner on 2nd and 3rd with 2 outs. Batter hits ball to 2nd baseman witch has a throwing error to 1st. Runner on 2nd and 3rd scores with the batter making it to second. That's want happen,
I scored the runner on 3rd and hold the runner on 2nd at 3rd. after the a couple of innings I realized my mistake. I know you can correct the score which I did but can you fix the mistake on the "Play by Play/ Edit Game"? I tried but it wouldn't let me have him scored. Is there something I am missing or there is another way to fix it?

You can not change the base a runner ended at, only how they got there. You an edit the score (as you did), and you can override stats as described in the following link:
