If you are having trouble with scorecards posting, you can email us direct at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID (on Options screen) and the name of your team website, and just a note saying you've tried emailing your scorecards and they are not showing up on your Team Website, and we can take a look.

I too would like the option of leaving the game and then removing the scorecard after a reasonable amount of time. My reasoning is one of sensitivity for for a 9 year old that might be struggling.

If you want to keep the game on the website, but remove the PDF, send us an email with your customer ID and which game to remove the scorecard for.
Are you willing to do that for every game?

If you want to send us an email, sure, we will do it. Just include the name of your team website, your customer ID, and which game(s) you would like the scorecard removed for.

We will add a way to remove scorecards in a future update. These are the only two requests we have had for that ability in all the time we have had Team Websites available.

You also know that you can password protect the Games page, right? This is done from the Settings screen on the Team Website.

Yes, I did know about password protection for Games and have done so for Statistics. With my experiences in youth sports, I just know that somehow/someway someone will use the scorecards in a way against the coaching staff. Sad I know.

@quietman - It should work with Android as well. If you are emailing the scorecard and it is still not appearing on your site, then if you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with your Customer ID (found on Options screen) and the URL of your Team Website and a note that scorecards are not appearing, we can take a look at your data.

We have found the problem with Android devices not updating the scoreccards on websites and fixed it. You should now be able to email the scorecard and have it show up on your team website. You can email to "web" if you don't want to actually send an email, but just update the team websites.
